Alanis Construction LLC (“we”, “us”) is a licensed residential builder in Ann Arbor, Michigan. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. Our Terms and Conditions cover our text messages, phone calls and website.

We will not share or sell your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in consent with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. You can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts.

When you send us a request through our website, we use the information you enter (name, phone, email, project details) only to respond to you about your project.
Who we share information with

How long we keep it
We keep project and business records for as long as needed for the work, warranties, taxes and legal requirements, and then delete them.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal information, subject to records we are required to keep. Reply STOP to end text messages at any time, or tell us to stop calling.
