These terms apply to text messages and phone calls from Alanis Construction LLC (“we”, “us”) and to the use of this website. How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Text messages (SMS)
- Program: Alanis Construction project and work notifications.
- Who receives texts: only customers, employees, crew members and subcontractors who give us their mobile number and agree to receive work-related texts from Alanis Construction.
- What we send: job schedules, reminders, confirmations, approvals and other messages about your project or work. We do not send marketing texts.
- How often: it varies with project activity, usually a few messages per week.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. You will get one message confirming you are unsubscribed.
- Help: reply HELP for help, or contact us at 734-883-2743 or juane@alanisconstruction.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Phone calls
- What calls are for: we call customers, employees, crew members and subcontractors from our business number about estimates, schedules, site visits, project updates and work matters. We do not make marketing or sales robocalls.
- Recording: some calls may be recorded for our records and to make sure we get project details right. If a call is recorded, we will tell you at the start of the call.
- Automated assistance: some calls or voicemails may be answered or transcribed with the help of an automated assistant. If you are speaking with an automated assistant, we will tell you, and you can ask for a person at any time.
- Opt out: tell us during any call, reply STOP to our texts, or contact us below, and we will stop calling you, except where we need to reach you about work you hired us for.

- The information on this website is general information about our company and services. It is not an offer or a quote.
- Estimates, prices, schedules and the scope of any work are set only in a written proposal or contract signed by both parties.
- Photos show our past work and are for illustration; every project is different.
- Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
