What we build

Three things, done properly.

We focus on projects where planning and building science make the difference: a new home, an addition, or a remodel that changes how the whole house lives and performs.

Custom Homes

From the ground up: strong foundation, tight envelope, healthy indoor air and maximum comfort. Where quality and craftsmanship matter.

Additions

More room that matches your home and performs better. SIP walls, high-performance windows and careful tie-ins.

Whole-Home Remodels

Kitchens, baths and full interiors, planned around how you live, with healthier materials and finishes.

How we build

Healthy homes, by design.

We plan the heating, cooling and fresh-air system from the start, so the house breathes clean and costs less to run. These are the methods we use; they’re what we actually do on the job.

Envelope

SIP panels for tight, well-insulated walls
Air sealing, blower-door tested
High-performance windows
LP SmartSide siding

Indoor Air

HVAC designed for indoor air quality
ERV/HRV fresh-air ventilation
Radon mitigation system under every new slab
Radon, CO2 (ppm) and humidity monitored
Zero-VOC paints, low-VOC materials

Smart

Automations can run quietly in the background
Fresh air can adjust to radon, CO2 and humidity
Heating and ventilation tuned to save energy

Comfort

Radiant floors for steady, quiet heat
Finishes chosen for how you live
Healthier materials you can feel good about
